Last night Toronto hosted the annual Much Music Video Awards. One of the many celebs in attendance was Shay Mitchell, from the hit TV series ‘Pretty Little Liars’. David Goveia had the privilege to do Shay Mitchell’s makeup for the grand event, and does she ever look gorgeous!!

There was beautiful weather, people, and fashion at this years Cannes Festival in the gorgeous South of France.
