My goal: to teach the masses the joys of eating, drinking and cooking; dispelling myths, encouraging experimentation and having a good time along the way. My passion for food was sparked as a child in my mother’s kitchen and has led to a career as a cookbook author, food stylist and spokesperson for fine culinary products. Whether I’m running a cooking class or demonstrating how to prepare a dish on live television my goal is to make cooking accessible and enjoyable for those involved. Providing insight on technique is important but making the experience fun and engaging is the only way to really reach people.

I’ve appeared on both radio and television programs from Vancouver to Toronto including CBC Radio’s Freestyle, CityCooks with Simi Sara, and Breakfast Television, among others. Traveling to destinations such as Scotland and Grenada I’ve been able to share local delicacies and rare flavours with magazine readers and foodies from coast to coast. Food is what I know—and food is what I love.
