Tamar Ouziel – Qyuin Chae Runway Show
Makeup and hair artist Tamar Ouziel rocked the makeup look on designer Kyuin Chae’s 2009/10 fall runway show in Vancouver on November 14th. Kyuin Chae studied at a major fashion design school in Paris, France and worked with the likes of John Galliano, and joined with Christian Dior for LVMH. In 2007, he created his own Label Mammifere de luxe which means mammals of luxury!
